Carolyn joined Zinn in 2007. As account administrator, Carolyn is a licensed agent working with our Account Managers and clients in fulfilling their service needs. From claim management to issuing certificates of insurance, Carolyn handles the details of client account administration. Carolyn has worked in various positions as she has progressed within the industry over the span of her career; at both the carrier and agency levels.
Carolyn and her daughter, Lauren, reside in Lebanon. She enjoys sports, walking, traveling and being a supportive mom.
