Greg oversees the internal management and leadership team of the agency, as well as serving as a Senior Account Executive. Greg joined his father Joel to become the third generation of Zinn in the agency in 1985, after graduating from Penn State where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Insurance from Penn State’s College of Business Administration. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation.

Greg serves on the boards of Evangelical Theological Seminary, The American Heart Association (Lebanon Division), The Insurance Alliance of Central Pennsylvania and the Mercersburg Academy Alumni Council. Greg and his wife Amy reside in Lebanon with their two daughters, Maddie and Jolie. Their family regularly attends Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church. Beyond the demands of family, business and community service, Greg enjoys tennis, golf and good food with good friends. He is also an avid reader and a student of building a company with a culture that shares values of being trustworthy, valuing people, working in harmony for results and finding fulfillment in our work.
