Commercial Account Manager
Susan has been with Zinn and the Commercial Insurance team since 1987. In addition to making sure her commercial clients’ insurance programs are in synch with their needs, Susan also coordinates the team’s efforts in embracing the latest technology resources to increase responsiveness in serving our clients – an ever-evolving task. She holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) professional designation.
Susan and her husband, Jimmy, reside in eastern Lebanon County. She enjoys family camping outings, traveling and time with her daughters, Elizabeth and Stephanie.
